The usage of near field communication for flight passenger registration"

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to investigate near field communication application for passenger tracking. This thesis describes NFC technology and analyzes both technical and practical approaches. Other similar ways of transactions are also examined as well as their advantages and disadvantages comparing to near field communication. Furthermore, the existing practices of air passenger tracking are reviewed. A few popular ones are marked out and compared with suggested system model. In addition, benefits and drawbacks in authentication sphere are mentioned. In the final part of the thesis, the system structure that aims to improve present passenger experience in the airport is built. Use case diagrams are created as well as the execution scenarios and a prototype of user interface
